Roadtrip 2015 Fall: Vancouver - Astoria - Bandon - Anderson - Paso Robles - Palm Desert - Morongo Valley - Sedona - Henderson - Lone Pine - Sacramento - Ashland - Newport - Astoria - Vancouver

Day 4 - Bandon to Anderson

Is there any doubt?

This most recent set of park regulations has Russ stopped in his tracks, and entirely gobsmacked.

This state park is literally that covered bridge on the right. The Park Regulations, even in fine print, rival the bridge in awesomeness. And incomprehensibility. Even for dogs.

The remains of NASA's VLNE (Very Large Noodle Extruder), now kept in a military safe-scrape near Mount Shasta. The top-secret project was abandoned when they couldn't figure out a way to boil giant noodles in zero-gravity without them sticking.

We're at a gas station in Ashland Oregon, but things look alot like California dreamin'.

I don't even know where to start with this regulation.

Northern Cal is experiencing a shortage of police cruisers, so they've co - opted the forest fire fighting equipment to ground patrol the interstates. Fire fighting season is over - isn't it?

The World Famous Mount Shasta Hat.

Day's end at the stylish Gaia Resort in Anderson.

The inside of the Gaia.

And the Gaia's neighbors. The good ones. What can we say? The land was affordable.
